Body structure:

1. The main machine is of cabinet structure. Based on CAD simulated stress strength calculation, we optimize the design for strength enforcement, in order to optimize the static and dynamic mechanic properties of main machine.

2. Adopt ball bearing linear guide to design for X,Y track, superb self lubrication, reduced static friction; we can effectively avoid the crawling of machine.

3. Adopts precision seamless ball and lead screw for movements along X,Y axis.

4. The whole closed machine bed, working table with T shaped groove, pane fixture;

5. Patented designed water-proof idler pulley structure, efficiently improved the service life of idler pulley and the bearing.
