Application range:

Our company study independently and produce the CNC big taper wire cutting machine tool with many top technologies as the followings: Suitable to process conductive metal moulds, complex metal parts and templates with high precision, high toughness and difficult processing; Can cut plane, bevel, top and bottom different shaped surface, greatly expand the processing range.

Main function:

Make features of big taper, high thickness, high efficiency, high precision and new structure etc, Multiple protection and alarm functions: It includes automatic protection for the thread canister overstep, automatic stop protection for the thread-broken in the machine tool, automatic going back protection for short-circuit, memory protection for electricity broken, automatic alarm for short-circuit, automatic alarm for thread broken and automatic alarm for machine stop after finishing machining. Body structure:

1. The main machine is of cabinet structure. Based on CAD simulated stress strength calculation, we optimize the design for strength enforcement, in order to optimize the static and dynamic mechanic properties of main machine.

2. Adopt ball bearing linear guide to design for X,Y track, superb self lubrication, reduced static friction; we can effectively avoid the crawling of machine.

3. Adopts precision seamless ball and lead screw for movements along X,Y axis.

4. The whole closed machine bed, working table with T shaped groove, pane fixture;

5. Patented designed water-proof idler pulley structure, efficiently improved the service life of idler pulley and the bearing.
